What is the payment method ?

We only accept cash on delivery , our web develeopers working accepting online payment via major credit card/paypal.

Can i have VAT invoice for hiring equipment ?

Yes, you can sent us an email to disabilityantalya@gmail.com we can process your VAT invoice as soon as possible in 2 working days.

Do you do Deliver & Collection ?

Yes, We do deliver and collect the equipments.

Is my equipment insured ?

Yes, your equipment insured.

Do i need to sing anything ?

Yes, when your equipment(s) are delivered you will be asked to sign a rental agreement.

How long notice need for booking ?

We recommend providing us with as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment. We do get extremely busy in the holiday periods.

Is there minimum hire period ?

Depends on products some products we hire daily basis, We try to be flexible to a day or two either side of this to maximise full use for the period hired. There is no maximum period.

Will the Equipment fit in a car ?

A selection of our products are meant for this very purpose, they disassemble into a few lightweight parts and are selected on their portability

Can i extend the rental ?

Yes, but at present you must do this over the phone/ E-mail to us. Please call the representative in your area. For more information click the ‘Contact’ button in the main menu.

Will i be instructed in the use of equipment ?

Before the equipment is left with you, you will be instructed in its use to ensure that you are totally confident in its operation.
